Greater Boston Long Term Care is an independently owned, specialty pharmacy focused on providing personalized care and delivering the neighborhood pharmacy experience. We provide 24-hour service to memory care, residential, assisted living and rest home communities and residents. We have been serving these communities throughout the Commonwealth since 1988. We strive to provide the highest quality service to all our residents, priding ourselves on our exceptional customer service and our individualized service plans to meet the needs of each resident while adhering to the regulations and requirements of their communities.
Our staff will go well beyond traditional pharmacy care and have the ability to offer one-on-one counseling and resident education. Our team approach is to work directly with your physicians, nurses and case managers to create and implement medication policies and procedures that are best suited to your residents. Knowledgeable staff members are here to answer your calls, attending to your needs and providing prompt responses to your questions. All of your medications are hand packaged and triple checked for accuracy. Highly-qualified account managers are assigned to each community to ensure that the highest quality of care and services are provided. We also utilize our own driving staff to insure on time, convenient and accurate deliveries.

Getting Started
Complete and sign the New Customer Enrollment Form.
Make copies of the front and back of your prescription insurance card(s).
Gather copies of signed doctor’s orders and med sheets.
Fax all of the above information to Greater Boston Long Term Care at (617) 327-7611 or arrange for pick up.
Contact your doctor(s) to ask them to electronically prescribe or fax new prescriptions to Greater Boston Long Term Care.
Please provide all required information at least 2 business days prior to your medication start date to avoid any interruption in your medication therapy. We look forward to having you as part of our growing family. Please contact us with any questions.
